Equipping everyone with the opportunity to learn and grow, from youths to seniors, so that no one is left behind.

  • Keeping East Coast the favourite food destination for fellow makan-kakis all over the island
  • Keeping our food culture alive by nurturing the next generation of hawkers to ensure a uniquely Singapore legacy
  • Continuing to support our hawkers, stalls, and markets through community programmes

Sustainable living with green initiatives and eco-friendly solutions so East Coast can be enjoyed by generations to come. Each initiative we champion keeps the East Coast liveable and lovable for generations.

  • More parks, corridors, therapeutic gardens, and other green spaces; as well as additional EV chargers in car parks and solar panels on HDB rooftops
  • Growing a community of East Coast Green Ambassadors to work with our residents in greening efforts like beach clean-up, corridor gardening, and community gardens
  • Supporting East Coast’s Long Island Plan: safeguarding our precious shore-line and biodiversity to ensure safe and sustainable living

Bringing people together with common spaces for fun, fitness, and friendly competition.

  • New Community Hubs at Joo Chiat and Kampong Chai Chee, and the PlayLink@ East Coast project to inject new recreation and bonding spaces
  • 35 refreshed playgrounds for little ones to learn through play
  • New sporting facilities such as basketball and pickleball courts

  • Upcoming Bayshore precinct with 10,000 new units linked to Bedok town via Bayshore Flyover
  • A new Bayshore SAFRA to add recreational vibrancy to East Coast
  • Greater transport connectivity with more cycling paths, an expanded TEL, and new services from the integrated Eastern Depot
